What was the highlight of Boulan South Beach

Overally I had a good time there

The location was good, 20 minutes walk away from the shopping street on the south direction, the hotel room was very big with two restrooms. I was really impressed with the size of the room. The kitchen was modern, however the pans were scratched and I did not used them. The street that the room window was facing, was very noisy for at least 3 days. People were shouting, and we could here trucks beeping in the middle of the night. The bed was big but not comfortable at all, the mattress was compressed with body weight, and head would remain on higher position than the body. I woke up with body ache a couple of time. The room service was very good, they offered it everyday. The rooftop pool was good, I was expecting a bigger and fancier pool area based on the hotel photos, the Jacuzzi was under construction and we could not use it. The restaurant was expensive, Doordashing was a better option for us.

Great location and confortable room. We had a blast!

great location

We stay at king size suite and they were 4 of us. In the kitchenette, they were dishes only for two even after asking for extra glasses, they didn’t have any to bring.. Also, the coffee capsule were a slight problem. they were only four capsules of regular coffee and they never refill those. You had to request extras and even after a request it took until another day before they brought them to the room.

The staff at arrival was not open to find a solution was not listening. The other lady french girl at front desk saved the stay cause really client oriented and offered a great customer service.

spacious rooms in a great location

our room was not available upon arrival which we realized once we entered the room. we were told the manager booked the room. they did send a cot. our room was very spacious with a kitchen. pool needed cleaning. overall, some minor tweaks would improve the hotel. almost there.

communication with the front desk about the room change, pool cleaning and fixtures in room repaired would have made the hotel stay better.

Very Good

Walking into the lobby smelled amazing every time you come in or get off the elevator. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beautiful and bigger than pictures allowed me to assume. Great location.

The doors to the balcony were extremely hard to open and close, the one sliding door to the bedroom was half off the track didn't close.

Beautiful view nice spacious rooms

Tried to tell me I owed more than I truly did was very frustrating considered I arrived at the hotel at 1am and was exhausted once they realized there mistake and corrected the cost everything went smooth

- very nice and big apartment (modern, stylish, very clean) - close to the beach and to a lot of restaurants - very helpful and nice room maid - very nice valet parking people

- basicly everything is outsourced (breakfast, valet parking, chairs at the beach) which makes the whole experience „uncoordinated“ - Fitness room was closed for renovation, no information during check in or in the room, just upon request (alternative gym in another hotel could have been used upon prior request at the reception - but three blocks away is not the same as just downstairs) - chairs at the beach are free, for the umbrella you have to pay (external company..) - Website offers late check out until 2pm for $60 but nobody at the reception is aware about it and we were told we would have to pay for a full day for checking out after 1pm

Big modern suites, not a traditional hotel with lots of services, no gym or fancy lobby, etc

Very nice large suites with living area, kitchen and bedroom. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool.

Nice hotel with amazing stuff but needs a little improvement

Location was very good. Although the traffic was busy, the windows kept the noise and it did not affect sleeping. The size of the room was really good, big bathroom, open living room with kitchen and good size bedroom. Staff was very polite and attentive. The valet service was excellent. The daily cleaning was great bonus and the work they did was really good. Definitely coming back.

The room we stayed needs refurbishment. Living room interior was cold and uncosy. Our friends stayed in the other room and the situation was much better -room was cosy, every detail was carefully chosen -side tables, carpet, lot of mood lighting. Matrasses in the bed and in sofa were "tired", too soft and saged, the bed was creaking every time you turned your side. Overall it was good but some thing need attention and improvement. Although the stuff was attentive - they even wrote everything down, nothing changed if we complained (many times) about the stove, which did not work (you had to turn off and on the hole main electricity system to get stove working) and the hose for tube in the bathroom was broken, the water sprinkled all around. Although the bathroom was huge, there was no equipment for drying your clothes. You don't dry your bathing suits and other clothes which need gentle handeling in the dryier. There was plenty of room to hide the rack in the cupboards if you don't use it. The kitchen equipment could have been better, had to borrow items from our friends and vice versa. TV system was strange - you turned on the tv and both tv-s in both rooms started to work. Impossible to turn off also. Outdoor furniture did not have cushions. Couldn't use the furniture. As I said before, overall it was good, but concidering the price, it should have been better.

Good hotel, great staff but poor breakfast.

We liked the Laundry facilities and the big kitchen, although the equipment could have been better. The staff were always smiling and ready to assist. Our room was always spotless when we returned from the beach! The two toilets would definitely be a pro when travelling with the kids!

Tv,s are outdated Included breakfast is a bit poor and not enough for an adult, we aspected more since we were paying over a 1000 dollars for the night with included breakfast.

our 3rd visit. use free trolley & do the hop on hop off bus & boat tour. (stop across the street).

Basis breakfast in Orange Blossom but you can pay for extras. we were upgraded but we are returning guests. rooftop pool with great views. rooms are spacious with full facilities.go home with all your washing done!!! free beach chairs, you will have to pay for an umbrella.
